Smart phones are meant to be smart right? So why are we still trawling through home screens to find the relevant apps to where we are in the world and what we’re doing at the time? Thanks to Cover, Android users are about to get a taste of the future and boy does it taste sweet. As you can probably guess from the images above, Cover has deep integration with the OS, something only afforded by the openness and customisability of Android.

Cover surfaces the most relevant apps to the location and situation you’re in. It learns your behaviors like when you’re at work and switches the quick access to apps to productivity apps, even better it can put your phone on silent and vibrate automatically, just by walking in the door. At night, like when you’re  watching a movie, it can sleep the device, or surface remote apps for changing channels on set top boxes. In the car, while driving or when you plugin headphones, it’ll switch to music apps like Spotify, bascially Cover is awesome and I want it (looks down at my dumb smartphone).

Cover will be available soon, for now, you can sign up over at https://www.coverscreen.com/
