Codemasters are the creators of some of the best racing games of all time and now they’re at it again. GRID2 has just been announced with a launch trailer you can enjoy below. The sad news is that racing fans will have to wait until 2013 to get racing.
Until then, you can stay up to date by following #GRID2. From the trailer we get a sense that GRID will continue to walk the line between arcade and simulation, fortunately skewing closer to the second. Cars and tracks look fantastic, as do tyre smoke effects and engine sounds. As far as trailers go, this certainly gets this self-confessed racing fan excited.
