Here’s our very first look at Windows 10 running on a phone. The Lumia 1520 is running a pre-release verison of Windows 10. There’s some big changes here, the first is a full bleed photo in the background. Another change is the app list, available when you swipe left. The top of the list now shows the most recently installed apps, a great change if you have a long list of apps.
There’s an updated Action center on the phone that is now synced with the PC. That’s a big change and addresses the ability multi-device notification issue. Dealing with a notification on the device means it goes away on the PC and you never see it twice.
The settings is a universal app that runs across the desktop and phones. Much more organised and based on feedback.
