Motorola phones being upgrading to Android 7.0 Nougat this week

This week, Motorola will roll out the much anticipated, Android 7.0 Nougat to Australians. Beating Samsung to the punch, Motorola will send you a push notification to your Moto G Plus (4th Gen), Moto Z and Moto Z Play.

Despite being released in August last year, very few handsets are getting the update.

Android 7.0 is features 72 new emojis, multi-window view and quick switch between apps. Being able to split screen two apps may not be something you use everyday, but the times you need it, its a great option to have.

Nougat also features Doze which helps save battery power, your device will go into low-power usage while you carry it in your pocket or purse.

One of the best features is being able to directly reply from notifications. Its hard to express how much of an upgrade this is. Multiple notification from the same app are now bundled so you can avoid the notification flood.
