Most of us have more than one screen in the house. Often gaming is done on the big TV, it’s the best display in your home but it’s not always available. If you share your house with others family or friends, there’ll be times where you want to use the Xbox One for gaming, but can’t.
Microsoft just announced that later this year, users will be able to stream Xbox games to any Windows 10 PC or tablet. This is massive, a serious upgrade in functionality and allows you to leverage more displays in your home.
If you’re thinking the stream would be to slow to game on, the demo showed the fast paced, Forza racing, which was streamed from the Xbox to a Surface Pro 3. That new Xbox app on Windows 10 also allows users to power off their Xbox from anywhere in the home.
