Being a good corporate citizen these days means thinking about your businesses emissions, in-line with this, Google Australia is investing in Mitsubishi’s all electric i-Miev. Google’s Justin Baird explains they have created a program that actually rewards employees for using green ways of getting to work. Building credits allows employees to use the cars on the weekend.
Baird goes on to say that green technology fits perfectly with their Google’s philosophies. When combined with an Android phone, you can have meetings anywhere, including in the car.
Turns out Google aren’t the only ones, Mitsubishi are featuring a number of Australian companies who are joining this eco-trend.
