Despite not being discussed during Apple’s WWDC keynote, the iPhone multitasking page contains confirmation that Skype video will be supported on iPhone 4. Along with Skype, other VoIP clients will also get access to use the new front facing camera.
As the screen shot above shows, Skype can run in the background and calls can come in the form of a notification.
