iPhone Tethering turns up/teases us in 3.0

This morning Apple released the full version of iTunes 8.2. After updating from the 8.2 beta I received a “Carrier settings update available” dialog.

After updating tethering now show up as an option under Settings > General > Network.

Sadly it currently results in a rather ambiguous message “Please contact Optus”
