Jenson Button shows off his Evija spec

Former Formula 1 world champion Jenson Button has unveiled his limited edition Lotus Evija hypercar at The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering in Monterey, California.

The car is one of just 130 that will be produced, and Button’s is finished in a unique Arctic White and Verve Yellow colour scheme that pays tribute to his 2009 Brawn GP race car.

The Evija is powered by four electric motors that produce a combined output of 2,000 horsepower and 1,700 pound-feet of torque. It can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in under three seconds and has a top speed of 217 mph. The car’s battery pack is good for a range of 250 miles.

Button said he was drawn to the Evija because of its combination of performance and sustainability.

It’s the most powerful electric car ever made, but it’s also incredibly efficient. I’m excited to be a part of the journey as Lotus leads the way in the development of electric hypercars.

It’s a car that will be cherished for years to come. It’s a piece of history.

The Evija is the first all-electric car from Lotus, and it represents a major step forward for the British automaker. The company is committed to becoming a leader in the development of sustainable vehicles, and the Evija is a key part of that strategy.

The Evija is priced at over $2 million, making it one of the most expensive cars on the market. However, Button believes that the car’s performance and exclusivity will make it a desirable asset for collectors and enthusiasts.
