An image of what is meant to be the long-awaited Windows Phone successor to Nokia’s 808 PureView phone have surface on the internet. The image comes from EVleaks, who has previously referred to the phone, codenamed EOS as the Lumia 1020, but it is understood that the device is more likely to hold the 909 name.
The phone is rumored to feature the same 41-megapixel PureView camera found in the Nokia 808 PureView with a Xenon flash. It’s also apparently got a polycarbonate body and have 32GB of internal storage but it won’t support a microSD card which could be a pain with big photo files coming out of the camera. It will also reportedly be running Nokia’s upcoming “Amber” Windows Phone update, including support for the company’s new Smart Camera application.
