    Wiimote used in car mod as accelerometer

    Here’s one for the car enthusiasts out there..

    After seeing another wiimote implementation shown in physics class, Kevin Lee from California, thought “why not use the wiimote’s built in 3-axis accelerometers to measue g-forces, acceleration and even calculate my own 0-60mph times!”

    Genius! There are already devices that perform this function, such as Pioneer’s AVG-VDP1. This and other solutions are usually a lot more costly than just getting a Wii. And hey if you already have a Wii, well your laughing.

    He even provides the script so you can try it yourself.
