It looks like Apple servers are not happy right now with the download page for iTunes, one of Apple’s most successful software applications is down. If you visit Apple.com (or regional site) click iTunes, then Download iTunes, you’ll be met with a screen that looks like the image above.

While most iOS5 users can now get by without ever connecting a device to iTunes, there still isn’t a 1:1 feature replacement. This means that many users will still need iTunes. Naturally if you already have the application, this isn’t a big deal, but if you’re currently trying to setup an iPhone or iPad along with a new PC, you may have just hit a brick wall.
Update
Apple has now resolved the issue and you can now once again download iTunes 10.6.
