Since returning to Yahoo, Marissa Mayer has reinvigorated Flickr with a new 1TB of free storage policy, and a full site redesign. It seems Flickr is currently undergoing another big update with a pretty interesting 404 page.

On Twitter they say the outage will be 6 hours long and they expect to be back online at 5:00 UTC. This is planned maintenance, but doesn’t help those who actually rely on Twitter.
