I’ve been using Razer products for my mouse needs for over two years now, and I’d seriously never look back. The ultra high levels of precision and movement are priceless when it comes to games where one wrong inaccurate shot in a gunfight could be your last, however left handed games can’t really appreciate that.
Well Razer is aiming to change that with the announcement and readily approaching release of their Taipan, a collaborative effort with some of the top professional gaming teams in the world. The hand surface has been reworked with an all new form factor, in addition to nine macro buttons, and the new Synpase 2.0 software.
Featuring an all-new 8200 dpi 45 sensor, the Taipan will work on practically any surface you place it on top of. Robert Krakoff, the President of Razer USA spoke on the announcement saying, “We have designed the Razer Taipan with the goal of offering pro gamers the best weapon to achieve victory in the competitive world of e-Sports.”
“The Razer Taipan is engineered to deliver an astounding 8200 dpi 4G Dual Sensor System to provide gamers with the fastest mouse tracking, enhanced ambidextrous ergonomics and Razer Synapse 2.0 support. Anything is possible with the Razer Taipan.”
The Taipan will be launching worldwide in July this year for a price of $79.99 USD.
