Outdoor rugged portable speaker brand Ultimate Ears has launched a refreshed product range which finally charges with USB-C thank goodness and is made with increased amounts of recycled plastic.
The main changes are:
- new mid range EVERBOOM speaker
- New colours using 100% recycled fabric
- USB-C charging ports
- BOOM 4 and MEGABOOM 4: Enhanced bass
- WONDERBOOM 4: New podcast mode for improved spoken audio
The new EVERBOOM is a new 360 IP67 rated waterproof option smaller but similar to the similarly oval shaped EPICBOOM. WONDERBOOM 4, BOOM 4 and MEGABOOM 4 are as their names suggest the 4th generation of these speakers.

All models feature 100% recycled polyester fabric and packaging uses FSC-certified paper from sustainable sources, the exact recycled content is:
- EVERBOOM: 58% recycled plastic
- WONDERBOOM 4: 31% recycled plastic
- BOOM 4: 52% recycled plastic
- MEGABOOM 4: 54% recycled plastic
