Vodafone has had another blow with another 216,000 customers leaving the telco in the first three months of 2013.
The company confirmed the loss overnight that they had lost another 216,000 customers between January and the end of March this year, which brings the networks customer base down to just over 6 million.
The telco has tried many things such as network guarantee’s and big advertising campaigns about how their network has changed, this hasn’t stopped customers flocking away from their network to rivals.
1.5 million customers have left Vodafone since their 2010 and 2011 network issues.
Vodafone will be hoping that its launch of of their 4G network later this month will start to bring customers back. It may have a chance at this too, even though Telstra and Optus have had a major head start, Vodafone will be launching their network with potentially faster download speeds due to the company’s large amount of spectrum it holds in the 1800MHz band.
Have you been on Vodafone and left them for another network since the issues?
