Flipboard is on of the most visually impressive ways to consume content. The Flipboard app is currently available only for iOS and Android, but with today’s announcement by Google, now would be the perfect time for them to announce support for all platforms.
With 3-4 months before the Reader shutdown, they would have time to get developers working apps, but the best starting place would be a web-version of Flipboard.
So please guys, take your success on existing platforms and take advantage of this opportunity Google has created for you. While there are RSS readers on each platform that could get you by, nothing has the cross-platform nature that we had grown to expect from Google Reader.
