Fujitsu spins up new 320GB laptop drive to 7200rpm

    Fujitsu 7200rpm drive

For a long time laptop drives have been plagued by lower capacities and slower speeds than their desktop counterparts. After Samsung took care of those with size issues, (500GB laptop drive), Fujistu are taking care of those who suffer from the need for speed.

Down a little bit on capacity – 320GB, it’s still more than acceptable for most. If your planning to use this extra speed for mobile video editing, then you may be running 2 of these babies side-by-side.

A great step forward for mobile computing, edging ever so close to that true desktop replacement.
