iPhone OS 3.1 beta 2 kills unauthorised tethering

The latest build of the iPhone OS was released to developers today. Version 3.1 beta 2 (7C106c) doesn’t bring much in the way of change, containing mainly bug fixes.

The biggest changes is that unauthorised tethering has been disabled.
