I just received my xbox 360 back from repairs after experiencing my second console with the 3 red rings of death. I sent it away on the 24/7/07 and got it back today 30/7/07.
As I eagerly unpackaged my new repaired console, I was surprised at what was included. A letter explaining that Microsoft is sorry for the inconvenience and as compensation for the hassle here is a free 1 month Gold Membership to Xbox Live.
A nice surprise given last time I didn’t receive this.
