Microsoft increase Hotmail storage

Looks like there’s some new features on the way over the next few weeks. Free storage will increase to 5GB, however if you pay for the service you can get 10GB, personally I’ve had my Hotmail account since 2001, and I’m currently using 8% of 2GB. So I won’t be needing the extra space any time soon, however I’m sure there are plenty of people who will.

Other notable improvements are speed increases and contacts de-duplication which allow you to merge contacts if you have multiple entries for the same contact.

There’s also a new version of Homepage on the way.
