    Microsoft won't ban leaked Halo 3

    Microsoft officials have confirmed that anyone (excluding Microsoft employees) that gets a copy of Halo3 before the release date will not be banned from Xbox Live. So if your one of the lucky few that got it early, you’ll be able to get loads of in-game experience before the rest of us.
