Only Up is an insanely challenging, but rewarding game if you’re up for the challenge

There’s a new game called Only Up that was released about 3 weeks ago and is setting the streaming world on fire. This new indie game is created by SCKR Games and for their first game, this is incredible.

The game has quickly become a hit with gamers of all ages, largely thanks to a simple concept: you control a character who must climb up a never-ending series of platforms. However, the game is anything but easy. The platforms are constantly moving, and the player must be quick and agile in order to avoid falling.

One of the biggest challenges of Only Up is the fact that it is very easy to die. If you fall off a platform, you must start all the way back to the ground, if you get really lucky, you may land on something, but there is no way to control your character when falling. This can be very frustrating, especially if you have been playing for many, many hours, before falling and losing the progress and time.

What I wasn’t prepared for is just how beautiful the graphics are. I play on a 49″ Samsung display at 5120×1440 resolution, powered by an Nvidia RTX 4080 and the lighting is nothing short of brilliant.

Despite the challenges, Only Up is a very rewarding game. For those that manage to reach the top, the feeling of relief and accomplishment is clearly visible among the few streamers that have achieved the milestone. Additionally, the soundtrack is catchy and upbeat, keeping you entertained for the many hours it takes to reach the end.

Only Up has been played by a number of high-profile streamers, including Ninja, Shroud, and DrLupo. These streamers have helped to bring the game to a wider audience, and have helped to make it one of the most popular indie games of the year.

If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding game, Only Up is definitely worth checking out. The game is available now on PC via Steam and costs A$14.50.

    Tips for playing Only Up

    • Be patient. The game is very challenging, and it takes time to learn the controls and master the gameplay.
    • Be quick. The platforms are constantly moving, so you need to be able to react quickly in order to avoid falling.
    • Be observant. Pay attention to your surroundings and look for ways to use the environment to your advantage.
    • Practice makes perfect. The more you play, the better you will become.

With a little practice, you will be climbing to the top of Only Up in no time!

How many people have finished Only Up?

As of June 2023, only a small percentage of players have finished Only Up. This is because the game is very challenging, and requires a great deal of skill and patience. However, for those who are able to finish the game, the sense of accomplishment is immense.

    Conclusion
