Segway-Ninebot, a well-known global manufacturer of micro-mobility solutions, recently showcased its latest innovations during a three-day launch event. The company recently achieved a major milestone, producing its 10 millionth electric scooter and is now further expanding its product range by introducing a range of new KickScooters.
MAX G2
The new flagship model of the lineup is the MAX G2 KickScooter. This offers several improvements over previous models, including hydraulic suspension, built-in blinkers, an anti-theft horn, and support for Apple’s Find My feature. The scooter also offers 10″ self-sealing tires that provide a smooth, resilient ride, ensuring you make it home.
The scooter is equipped with the newly developed RideyLONG technology, the powerful 900W, high-performance, rear-wheel motor allows you to power up 22-degree inclines with ease. The scooter has a top speed of 25km/hr max speed.
The MAX G2 offers an impressive range of up to 70 km on a single charge from its large 551 Wh (15,300 mAh). With this much range, some may be able to commute daily for a week without charge. When you do need to change, their advanced Battery Management System (BMS) features a total of 7 protection mechanisms to ensure the longevity of the battery cells and your safety at all times with:
- Short circuit protection
- Overcurrent protection
- Double protection from overcharging
- Double protection from over-discharging
- Temperature protection
- Low voltage auto-sleep protection
- Customizable charging limit.
The MAX G2 offers a built-in 3A fast charger, you only need a cable to charge your KickScooter and takes approximately 5 hours to fully charge the battery.
One big safety improvement is Traction Control, enabling smooth navigation across any terrain after you enable it via the Segway-Ninebot app. Ninebot’s developed a controller algorithm to precisely control the KickScooter, which increases traction on gravel tracks or slippery roads for more stability and safety.
The G2 now offers a larger deck at 180mm wide, allowing more comfortable foot positions while riding.

F2 Series
For the everyday commuter, Segway-Ninebot introduces the F2 Series, which comprises three models: F2, F2 Plus, and F2 Pro. These scooters are designed with wider handlebars for enhanced stability and integrated direction indicators for safer commuting.
The F2 Series offers tubeless self-sealing 10-inch tires, ensuring a comfortable and reliable ride. With increased power, larger battery capacity, and the Traction Control System, these scooters strike the perfect balance for daily commuters. The F2 Pro model takes it a step further with front suspension. All F2 models come equipped with rear-wheel drive, a front disc brake, a rear electronic brake, and the Apple Find My feature to ensure maximum safety and security.
E2 Series
For those seeking style and agility, the Segway-Ninebot KickScooter E2 Series is the perfect choice. The E2 Plus and E2 models feature a sleek and stylish design inspired by surfboards. With speeds of up to 25 km/h (E2 20 km/h) and a range of up to 25 km on a single charge, these scooters offer an efficient and affordable commuting option.
