    This week in Xbox

There’s quite a bit happening in the Xbox world this week. Time to catch you up on the latest.

    Halo 3 ODST

     Halo 3 ODST

Earlier in the week we seen the release of Halo 3 ODST. To add to the fanfare, there’s now a new console bundle available. This one’s only available between 22nd September and October 20th, not a bad place to start if you don’t have 360. It costs $449 for the Elite and includes a copy of Halo 3 ODST. Apparently the game is doing quite well.

    Wolfenstein demo

Available from last night, the demo of the latest Wolfenstein is available from the Xbox Live Marketplace. Graphically it’s pretty slick, whilst the gameplay has a historic feel about it. That is until your start to use special abilities and earn more advanced weapons.

    Forza 3 demo!
    Forza 3
Tonight the demo of the next version of the much loved racing franchise – Forza goes live on Xbox Live. There’s apparently only 1 track available, but still, it’s a great way to get hands on with the game, prior to it release in October.

    Wireless N adapter

Confirmed in the US, Microsoft are indeed making a Wireless N capable adapter for the Xbox 360. There’s no word on Australian pricing and availability. I’d like to see this eventually make it into a new revision of the console in the future.
