    Watch the NSW Police test their 3D printed gun

    Last week, the NSW Police held a press conference to discuss the dangers of the “Liberator”, a 3D single-shot fun that anyone with a 3D printer and the right CAD files can create themselves. It was mentioned in the press conference by Police Commissioner, Andrew Scipione that the police force had printed two of the weapons and tested them, which you can see in this video.

    It also shows the manufacturing process which starts at about the 25-second mark and the test firing begins at 45 seconds in. As you can see in the video, one of the shots was a “catastrophic failure” and exploded on the shot.
