Oh, another day, another Wi-Fi announcement.. and it’s not in Australia. Seriously government, we need to get on this to keep up with the rest of the world.
Reports are that a group containing IBM and Cisco are planning to build a WiFi network that could cover up to 37 cities in Silicon Valley. It’s estimated the cost would be somewhere in the realm of US$85 – US$150 million.
