Just installed Microsoft Research’s WorldWide Telescope application that lets you take a look at the sky.
After using the WWT for some time now, I’m considerably underwhelmed. I have no doubt for those astronomers out there, this is the best thing since sliced bread, but if your someone like me, who concentrates on what’s on this planet, you could certainly survive never having seen this one.
