Apple just introduces an iPad mini with a retina display. It starts at US$399 while they keep the existing model, but give discount the price to US$299. The new iPad Mini gets the A7 processor, 5 megapixel camera and much of what we seen in the new iPad Air.
The 2048×1536 7.9″ display is one of the highest pixel densities in a display to date. If you can’t wait to get your hands on one, you won’t have to wait long, the iPad mini with Retina will ship November 1st.
That wraps up the Apple event this morning, there was a lot announced, nothing terribly surprising. Maybe the biggest takeaway was that Apple are really campaigning for the business and productivity market now.
