This morning the long awaited, much hyped Samsung Galaxy S III was announced in Sydney. While we usually see months between the announcement and release date, this is something quite unique. The Samsung Galaxy S III is now on sale in Australia.
Sure the third version of the Galaxy S may have a big 4.8” Super AMOLED screen (1280×720) and a 2100mAh battery to power it, along with an 8-megapixel camera shooting 1080p video while simultaneously capturing stills, there is one unique feature.
The Galaxy S III will feature Wi-Fi channel bonding, this doubles the data throughput from around 20Mbps to 40Mbps. Samsung say this is the first time it has been included in a phone.
