Officeworks is offering big discounts on the Google Pixel range until 16th November 2023 including generous trade-in bonus voucher offers for the Pixel 8 range (while stocks last):
- Pixel 8 Pro: 128GB $1277, 256GB $1377
- Pixel 8: 128GB $977, 256GB $1077
- Pixel Tablet 128GB: Porcelain $577, Hazel $577
When they launched last month the Google Pixel 8 base model price was $1199 and the Pixel 8 Pro base model price was $1699.
The general consensus amongst tech media was that the Pixel 8 phones were excellent but buyers were not used to spending that much for a Google phone.
At the sale price the Pixel 8 Pro and Pixel 8 are well worth considering as a long term phone you can use for years because of the promised 7 years of security and OS updates and built-in AI features like Magic Editor for photos.
When it was launched 4 months ago the Pixel Tablet was $899 for the 128GB base model.
In my review of the Pixel Tablet I thought it was overpriced at $899 but at $577 it is fantastic value so if you have an old Android tablet that needs to be replaced I would head to Officeworks immediately and buy a Pixel Tablet.
