Ahead of the launch on October 26th, Microsoft have released a video to introduce the Skype app for Windows 8. Naturally the app takes on the clean Metro UI and integrates pretty heavily into the OS. The video shows off Skype integration into the people hub as well as having it’s own home screen tile and toast notifications.
The app will arrive in the Windows 8 Store on October 26th to match the retail release of the OS. Check out the introductory video below.
