Forza Horizon 3 was the racing game of the year and its about to get even better. Overnight Forza Motorsport announced an upcoming expansion to the title that will for introduce snow, ice, extreme elevations and blizzards to the game for the first time.
Arriving on December 19th, just under 3 long weeks away, the /explore a snowy mountain playground and 8 new vehicles. Easily the most impressive is the Ken Block’s 2016 Ford Focus RS RX as seen in GYMKHANA 9 and in FIA World RallyCross. While exploring the mountain will be plenty of fun, there’s also brand new race events (Hill Climb, Descent and Blizzard) that have been specifically designed for spectacular mountain racing.
If Ford isn’t your thing, there’s also the new 2016 Subaru #199 WRX STI VT15r Rally Car as driven by Travis Pastrana.
The Blizzard Mountain expansion for Forza Horizon 3 is available separately or as part of the Forza Horizon 3 Expansion Pass, which gives you this DLC as well as another in the future for a discounted price. If you bought (or buy) the Ultimate Edition, you’ll receive a discount on the Forza Horizon 3 Expansion Pass if purchased before the end of 2016.
