Save as much as $13,546 off the price of a Polestar 2 until April 30

Polestar Australia have announced some massive discounts to their Polestar 2.

Being an all-electric automaker, Polestar has voiced its support for the Federal Government’s proposed fuel efficiency standards. This week we saw the company follow Tesla in condemning misinformation around the proposed legislation when some like the automotive lobby group, Federal Chamber of Automotive Industries (FCAI) were suggesting this would result in a significant rise in the cost of vehicles.

To support the transition to cleaner transport, and the proposed New Vehicle Efficiency Standards, Polestar is offering savings worth up to $10,000 on orders of Polestar 2, helping more Australians make the transition to cleaner, electric driving.

This offer is valid on orders of new (existing stock) of Polestar 2 vehicles until 30th April 2024.

The savings are on a sliding scale based on the trim you’re chasing.

    • Standard range Single motor – $5,000 saving
    • Long range Single motor – $7,500 saving
    • Long range Dual motor – $10,000 saving
    • Long range Dual motor with Performance Pack – $10,000 saving

While these discounts are significant, I actually found a few cars that have more than the stated $10,000 discount. This Polestar 2 Long range, Dual Motor with Performance Pack, would normally cost you A$115,044.10, but is currently on sale for A$101,498.10, a saving of $13,546.

Let us know in the comments if this reduction in price would help you get into a Polestar 2.
