Fancy a 70″ 4K Samsung TV, JB has one under $3,000

deal

4K is certainly all the rage and that extra resolution allows us to consider displays much larger than was appropriate for HD content. While plenty of homes now contain a 50″ or greater TV, if you subscribe to the ‘bigger is better’ philosophy, then JB Hi-Fi has a pretty stellar deal for you.

The Samsung KU6000 70″ 4K UHD with HDR is on sale today for just A$2996, a whole $1,000 off the regular price. Displays this big and from a reputable brand are pretty much unheard of. While not everyone has homes that support a TV that large, those that have been eyeing a mega display, but have waited for the price to be right, may indeed pull the trigger on this offer.

60″ and even 65″ TVs are becoming much more common, but 70″ is usually the point where the price tips the scale to be out of reach for most. It’s great to see the price trajectory continues to skew downwards which ultimately makes 4K displays more common which will drive more content creators to ship 4K content.

Head over to JB Hi-Fi to snap up the deal.
